The total cost of the festival is USD 720 per person (students and chaperones). This fee includes all meals, the excursion, bus transportation, and accommodation at ESTELAR La Fontana Hotel from February 28 to March 5, 2027, including breakfast, taxes, and the Welcome Kit.
Any additional hotel nights must be booked independently by each participating school.
1. Complete the registration form
Each school must complete the registration form provided to collect the required information for all participants in its delegation. Please ensure that all information is accurate and complete.
2. Download, complete, and upload the required forms
As part of the registration process, each school must download, complete, and upload the following two authorization forms in PDF format:

AUTHORIZATION FOR THE USE OF STUDENTS’ IMAGE IN MEDIA/SOCIAL NETWORKS
Please ensure that both forms are duly completed, saved as PDF files, and uploaded as part of your delegation’s registration.
